Do you accept insurance?

No. Revival operates on a concierge care model, which means we don’t bill insurance. Instead, we use a membership model. You pay us directly, which allows for longer visits, easier communication, and a more straightforward experience—without the constraints that typically come with insurance-based care.

What’s included in the membership?

Your concierge membership includes extended visits, direct access to Dr. Miller through the portal and text, personalized hormone and menopause support, preventative screenings, and in-office procedures as clinically indicated. Do I have to be in menopause to join?

No. We see women in every stage—perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. Whether you're noticing changes in your cycle, sleep, mood, or energy we're here to help you understand what’s happening and what your options are.

I already have a gynecologist. Do I still need this?

Revival offers a different kind of support: longer visits, more access, and a holistic approach to midlife. You don’t have to leave your current doctor to benefit from what we offer.

Can I use my HSA or FSA for membership fees?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In most cases, HSA and FSA funds can be used for Revival membership and services. We’re happy to provide the documentation you need.

What kind of support do you offer beyond hormones?

We take a whole-person approach. That includes support for sexual health, weight and metabolism, mental wellness, sleep, and more. We also coordinate care with trusted partners in pelvic floor therapy, coaching, and mental health when needed.

What ages do you care for?

We care for women typically starting in their late 30s through their 60s. If you're experiencing hormonal shifts, cycle changes, or symptoms that don’t feel like “you,” chances are you're in the right place, regardless of your exact age.

Can I just book one visit without becoming a member?

Yes. We offer fee-for-service visits if you’re not ready for membership. You’ll still get the same level of expert, personalized care.

Do you offer virtual visits?

Yes. Most consultations can be done virtually. In-person care is available as needed, especially for exams or procedures.
