No. Revival operates on a direct care model, which means we don’t bill insurance.Instead, we use a membership model. You pay us directly, which allows for longer visits, easier communication, and a more straightforward experience—without the constraints that typically come with insurance-based care.
Your membership includes extended visits, direct access to Dr. Miller through the portal and text, personalized hormone and menopause support, preventative screenings, and in-office procedures as clinically indicated. You’ll also get referrals and coordination for additional support like pelvic floor therapy, mental health services, and much more. For additional information, visit Our Services Page.

She brings deep clinical expertise, national leadership in midlife care, and a personal commitment to doing things differently. Revival was built to offer the kind of care most women haven’t experienced: honest, inclusive, and built on trust.
