about
Dr. Taniqua Miller OB/GYN
As a double Ivy-League trained and New York native, Dr. Miller brings sharp clinical expertise, delivered with the kind of compassion that doesn’t rush, dismiss, or judge. She creates care plans that give her patients the freedom to move through midlife with confidence, realign their purpose, and step into this next chapter fully and unapologetically.
Dr. Taniqua Miller is a board-certified OB/GYN, empowerment coach, certified menopause specialist, and nationally recognized leader in midlife women’s health. She studied psychology at Yale University, earned her medical degree from Harvard Medical School, and completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Virginia. She is a certified menopause specialist through The Menopause Society and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Her passion for this work is deeply personal. As a teenager, Dr. Miller watched her mother suffer through menopause with little support, poor education, and no meaningful medical guidance. That experience shaped her career and fueled her commitment to address the bias and gaps in midlife healthcare delivery.
Revival exists to create a space where women feel seen, heard, and powerfully supported, no matter their body, identity, or past. A place where they can receive the kind of care Dr. Miller’s mother, and so many others, didn’t have: expert, inclusive, and built entirely around their unique needs.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Miller speaks nationally on the medical bias surrounding midlife women’s care and the need to rebuild trust in the doctor-patient relationship. Her work centers on helping women reclaim agency, realign purpose, and move through the menopausal transition with confidence and clarity.
Outside of work, Dr. Taniqua finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. In Atlanta, she shares her days with her loving husband, three beautiful children, and one cherished fur baby.

That’s exactly why Revival exists.
To offer something different. To create a safe space where midlife care feels personal and unrushed. Where you’re not reduced to your labs or told your symptoms are just “part of aging.”
At Revival, you can expect:
Your concerns to be heard, explored, and never minimized
More time in every visit to talk through your symptoms, your history, and your goals
Clear, honest information about your options, without pressure
Hormone and non-hormone approaches tailored to your life
A space where your identity, values, and lived experience are respected
Follow-up that doesn’t leave you hanging
Holistic care that moves at your pace

Why Revival
We know what it feels like to walk into a clinic and brace yourself for judgment, for dismissal, for rushed explanations that don’t really answer your questions.

“I built Revival as a love letter to the woman I was—and the woman I’m still becoming. This is the care I wish my mother had. This is the care you deserve.”
